Highland Homestead is a small farm located in Beaver County. The land has been owned and operated as a beef cattle and grain farm for many years by our parents Jim (Pap) and Ellen. As the love for raising animals and creating quality products grew, so did the operation. With emphasis on pasture raised meats we raise beef cattle, heritage breed pork and poultry. Grains like corn, oats and hay are all grown, ground and fed on farm with vitamins and minerals to ensure a healthy herd. We then pursued a food trailer to bring home cooked, farm fresh meals direct to consumer. We offer a variety of products direct to consumer or through retailers and farm markets.
Farm To Trailer Food Truck
Another way that we bring our passion of raising quality meats to the table, quite literally, is through our food truck and commissary. We attend fairs and festivals, we serve private events like weddings and graduations, and we also cater traditionally without the food truck. We only use our farm fresh meats in conjuction with other local farm products like vegetables, dairy, coffee and more!
